When a driver starts a trip, GPS location is sent to our servers every 15 seconds. Parents can see the bus moving on a live map in their dashboard, along with ETA to their stop and complete stop history.
Admin goes to Routes section, creates a new route, assigns a bus and driver, then adds stops by clicking on the map or entering addresses. Each stop has an order, expected time, and assigned students.
Yes! If a parent has multiple children on different buses, they can switch between them in the Parent Dashboard and track each bus independently.
Parents receive push notifications and SMS when: bus trip starts, bus is 5 minutes away from their stop, bus arrives at their stop, bus reaches school, and if bus is delayed.
Teachers log in to their portal, select their class, pick a date, and mark each student as Present, Absent, or Leave. Attendance history is available for review and reports.
