1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Campus Oraa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Campus Oraa provides school management software including admin dashboards, teacher portals, parent dashboards, driver panels, and live bus tracking services.

3. User Responsibilities

Schools are responsible for maintaining accurate student and staff data. Users must keep login credentials secure and report unauthorized access immediately. Drivers must use GPS tracking responsibly during active trips only.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per the selected plan. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription. Enterprise plans are subject to separate agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Campus Oraa is not liable for delays caused by GPS inaccuracies, network issues, or factors outside our control. Bus tracking is a supplementary safety tool.
